CRH's Eco Material Technologies plant in Lakeview, Oregon, is seeking a Plant Operator to manage grinding, material handling, and pollution-control processes. You will apply mechanical, electrical, and process skills to ensure safe, efficient operations on site.

The role emphasizes safe work habits, equipment operation, and effective communication with the leadership team; the position requires physical capability and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits to create a zero-injury safety culture.
• Monitors and records daily levels of ground Bottom Ash and Fly Ash in silos.
• Operates Vertical Roller Mill and related process equipment per instructions.
• Communicates with Lead Operator and Operations Manager on maintenance issues.
• Performs mechanical/process troubleshooting and supports shift handovers.
