Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is seeking a Plant Operator for our Texas facilities. The role covers grinding, material handling, and operation of pollution control equipment, with an emphasis on safe, reliable plant performance and adherence to environmental standards.

You will read and interpret blueprints and diagrams, monitor process data, coordinate with the Lead Operator and maintenance teams, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to shift handovers and housekeeping to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with training in a relevant skill or trade.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrates safety and reliability in plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits to help create a zero-injury safety culture.
• Assist with plant operations, specifically grinding and process equipment.
• Monitor and record daily materials levels in silos.
• Coordinate maintenance and operational issues with Lead Operator and Operations Manager.
• Ensure compliance with production, quality and maintenance processes.
