Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, seeks a Plant Operator in Oregon to support grinding, material handling and pollution-control processes. You will apply mechanical, electrical, and process skills to keep operations safe and efficient.

The role covers daily ash monitoring, equipment upkeep, reading blueprints, and coordinating with leads; a strong safety mindset and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant training or certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote a zero-injury safety culture and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist with plant operations, especially grinding and material handling.
• Monitor and record daily ash levels in silos.
• Communicate issues with Lead Operator and management.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on process equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Attend shift handover and ensure clean, organized work areas.
