Job summary

Oddonetto Construction Inc. is seeking a dedicated Plant Operator to oversee machinery and equipment in our Nevada-based plant. You will help ensure safe, efficient production, monitor controls, record data, and support maintenance and quality control.

The role requires being proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment. Shifts may vary to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as Plant Operator preferred.
• Strong understanding of industrial machinery and production processes.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of machinery and equipment.
• Monitor and control plant operations via computerized and manual controls.
• Inspect equipment and identify maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records (quantities, downtime, maintenance).
• Adhere to safety protocols for a safe working environment.
