Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc. in Fresno, CA, is seeking a Plant Operator to support production and safety-driven operations. You will join a team focused on reliability, quality, and continuous improvement.

You will perform production tasks to yield on-spec product, operate valves, read instrumentation, manage waste per regulations, and assist in maintenance and projects. The job requires physical stamina, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards on all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical, mechanical, and operations experience preferred.
• Strong math and analytical abilities.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Perform all production tasks to yield on-spec product.
• Operate manual valves and equipment during outside operations.
• Read and log local instrumentation readings.
• Handle containment, cleanup, packaging, and labeling of hazardous waste per regulations.
• Support Emergency Response Plan and assist in emergencies.
• Inspect vessels and equipment to prevent failures.
• Assist in plant projects including maintenance and lockout/tag-out.
• Work outdoors in all weather, including at height.
