WIN Waste Innovations in Saugus, MA is seeking an Assistant Plant Operator to support daily plant operations and maintenance. You will monitor instrument readings, perform APC inspections, and maintain accurate logs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
2 years working in a power plant operation or 3 years related experience.
Mechanical skills to perform varied tasks and inspections.
Licenses as required by regulatory agencies; MA 3rd Engineer's and MA Hoisting License (1D/2C) or ability to obtain within 9 months.

Responsibilities

Assist the Plant Operator in daily operation and maintenance of the plant.
Investigate changes in instrument readings and equipment operation.
Perform APC and other critical inspections as described in procedures.
Maintain logs and documentation for problem tracking and plant activities.
Operate demineralization system, perform water testing and chemical adjustments.
