MFA Incorporated is hiring for a general labor role in the Montgomery City, Missouri area. This position involves supporting the Agri-Service facility with loading, unloading, mixing according to labels and work orders, and inventory management. A clean, safe work environment and equipment maintenance are required.

• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50–100 pounds).
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed).
• High School Diploma or GED (helpful).

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties through the fertilizer and crop protection facility.
• Load and unload, mix according to label/work orders, and manage inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and perform maintenance on equipment.
