Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Missouri is hiring a general labor team member for the fertilizer and crop protection facility. You will perform loading, unloading, mixing according to label and work orders, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

We support your growth through cross-training in Agri-Service areas. The company offers a 401k with company match and a retirement plan. Overtime, including weekends, is required to meet schedule and production needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50–100 pounds and maneuver heavy loads.
• Overtime availability including weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products, mix according to label and work orders.
• Manage inventory and keep a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform maintenance on equipment across the Agri-Service site.

Responsibilities

This person will be asked to perform general labor duties through the fertilizer and crop protection facility. General labor duties include, but are not limited to loading, unloading, mixing (according to label and work order instructions), managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The employee will also be asked to perform maintenance on a variety of equipment throughout the Agri-Service. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies.
