Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Vandalia, MO is hiring a general laborer to support our fertilizer and crop protection facility. You will assist with loading, unloading, mixing according to labels and work orders, and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, cross-training in Agri-Service areas, and adherence to company policies. Availability for overtime, weekends, and physical tasks (50–100 pounds) is required.

Qualifications

• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
• High School Diploma or GED (helpful).
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed).

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties in the fertilizer and crop protection facility.
• Load/unload, mix according to label and work orders, and manage inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and perform equipment maintenance.
• Adhere to company policies and participate in Agri-Service cross-training.

Responsibilities

This person will be asked to perform general labor duties through the fertilizer and crop protection facility. General labor duties include, but are not limited to loading, unloading, mixing (according to label and work order instructions), managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The employee will also be asked to perform maintenance on a variety of equipment throughout the Agri-Service. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies.
