Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a general labor associate to support the Agri-Service facility. You will load, unload, mix according to labels and work orders, manage inventory, and keep a clean, safe environment in line with company policies.

We encourage growth through cross-training and provide competitive benefits. Availability for overtime, including weekends, is required to support farmers and ranchers in our communities.

Qualifications

• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds)
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed)

Responsibilities

• General labor duties in the fertilizer and crop protection facility
• Load and unload materials
• Mix according to label and work order instructions
• Manage inventory
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Perform maintenance on equipment as needed per policies

Responsibilities:

This person will be asked to perform general labor duties through the fertilizer and crop protection facility. General labor duties include, but are not limited to loading, unloading, mixing (according to label and work order instructions), managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The employee will also be asked to perform maintenance on a variety of equipment throughout the Agri-Service. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies.
