MFA Incorporated in Higginsville, MO is seeking a dependable team member to assist in the general operation across feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply areas while delivering strong customer service.

This role emphasizes reliability, physical stamina, and flexibility to work overtime including weekends, with comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, PTO from day one and multiple wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50–100 pounds.
• Overtime, including weekends, may be required.
• Helpfulness with basic technical tasks and cross-training in Agri-Service areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the general operation of the location.
• Support all areas: feed, seed, fertilizer, grain and farm supply.
• Adhere to company policy and safety standards.
• Participate in cross-training to develop additional skills in Agri-Service areas.
