Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking an employee to assist in the general operation of the location, providing support across feed, seed, fertilizer, grain and farm supply. You will work in a team to deliver reliable service to farmers and ranchers, with growth opportunities through cross-training and policy-aligned duties.

The role emphasizes physical capability, flexibility to work overtime (including weekends), and adherence to company procedures while supporting various Agri-Service areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds and maneuver equipment.
• Overtime availability including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support all areas of the location’s operations (feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, farm supply).
