Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Fayette, MO is seeking a versatile operations assistant to support all areas of our location, including feed, seed, fertilizer, grain and farm supply. The role focuses on providing reliable, hands-on service while following company policy and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate has the strength to maneuver product and equipment (50–100 pounds), a High School Diploma or GED, and the willingness to work overtime, including weekends as needed. Join us in agriculture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50–100 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Overtime availability, including weekends.
• Ability to work across feed, seed, fertilizer, grain and farm supply areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the general operation of the location.
