Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Guilford, CT is seeking a general labor associate for our fertilizer and crop protection facility. You will load and unload materials, mix according to labels and work orders, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

You will also perform maintenance on a variety of equipment, and participate in overtime and weekend schedules as needed, contributing to a collaborative team serving farmers and ranchers in our communities.

Qualifications

• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
• High School Diploma or GED (helpful).
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed).

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties through the fertilizer and crop protection facility, including loading and unloading.
• Mix according to label and work order instructions and manage inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and perform maintenance on equipment as needed.
• All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities

This person will be asked to perform general labor duties through the fertilizer and crop protection facility. General labor duties include, but are not limited to loading, unloading, mixing (according to label and work order instructions), managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The employee will also be asked to perform maintenance on a variety of equipment throughout the Agri-Service. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies.
