Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Michigan is seeking an operations assistant to support the location’s day-to-day activities, providing help across feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply. All responsibilities must align with company policy and safety standards.

The role emphasizes cross-training in Agri-Service areas to build new skills and provide additional support as needed. Team members are encouraged to be strong customer partners and forward-thinking stewards of the land.

Qualifications

• Ability to maneuver product/equipment weighing 50–100 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED is helpful.
• Availability to work overtime including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the general operation of the location by providing support to all areas of the business, including feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply.
• Perform duties in accordance with company policy and safety standards.
• Support cross-training in Agri-Service areas to develop new skills and provide additional coverage.
