Job summary

MFA Incorporated, a company focused on supporting farmers and ranchers, is hiring for a general labor position in our Agri-Service facility. You will assist with loading, unloading, and mixing products, and help maintain inventory and a clean, safe work environment.

Candidates should be able to lift 50–100 pounds, have a High School Diploma or GED (helpful), and be willing to work overtime, including weekends. Basic computer skills are a plus and adherence to company policies is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment up to 50–100 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED (helpful).
• Availability to work overtime, including weekends as needed.
• Basic computer skills, or willingness to develop them.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties in the fertilizer and crop protection facility, including loading, unloading, and mixing product according to label and work order instructions.
• Manage inventory and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform maintenance on a variety of equipment throughout the Agri‑Service.
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
