Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Odessa, MO is seeking a team-oriented associate to support operations across feed, seed, fertilizer, grain and farm supply. The role emphasizes hands-on work, safety, and customer service in a busy agricultural location.

You will be cross-trained in Agri-Service areas, enjoy growth opportunities, and be part of a collaborative team that values farmers and ranchers. A high school diploma is preferred and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and maneuver 50–100 pounds safely.
• Overtime availability, including weekends if needed.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
