Job summary

MFA Incorporated in North Carolina is hiring for a General Labor role at our Agri-Service facility to support fertilizer and crop protection operations.

You will load and unload products, mix according to labels and work orders, manage inventory, and keep equipment and facilities clean, safe and well-maintained. We offer comprehensive benefits, opportunities for cross-training, overtime with weekends as needed, and a path to grow within the agricultural industry.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds repeatedly.
• Willingness to work overtime (including weekends) as needed.
• Comfort with general labor tasks in a fertilizer/crop protection facility.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products.
• Mix according to label and work order instructions.
• Manage inventory and document usage.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform maintenance on equipment as required.
