Job summary

Gopher Resource in Tampa, FL is seeking an Operations Training Instructor to design, deliver, and evaluate training for plant employees. You will develop materials, coordinate with SMEs, and use the Intelex system to ensure compliant, effective instruction across operations and safety.

You will lead new hire orientation and operator training, build a trainer network, monitor training records and metrics, and assist with audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED plus 3+ years' training delivery in manufacturing
• Or an Associate's Degree in Communication, Training, Education, HR, Instructional Design, or related field
• Experience with classroom, virtual, and eLearning training delivery
• Experience as LMS user or admin
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training on procedures, safety, quality, and environmental standards using the Intelex system
• Lead new hire orientation and operator training
• Build and coach a network of trainers; conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions
• Maintain training records and monitor metrics
• Support audits and training strategy development
