Job summary

The role requires a 4-year degree and 5+ years in learning and development, with program design, facilitation, and change-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development or related field.
• 5+ years in learning and development, instructional design, training facilitation, or similar.
• Experience designing training for multi-site operations preferred.
• Experience leading projects from needs analysis to implementation and improvement.
• Proficiency with SOP documentation and LMS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate SOPs and standards into blended training solutions.
• Design curricula, facilitator guides, and e-learning content.
• Deliver training, coaching, and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Manage rollout plans, communications, and stakeholder readiness.
• Measure impact using LMS data and KPIs; drive improvements.
