Campbell's is seeking an Operations Supervisor to coach front-line leadership and engage hourly technicians across three shifts, driving CI and HPO initiatives. The role emphasizes safety, quality, line efficiency, and budget attainment.

You will lead in a High-Performance Organization, partnering with WHQ Engineering, Product Development, Reliability, and network teams, to meet KPIs on safety, service, reliability, cost, and people development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ years supervisory or 2+ years manufacturing ops experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with multiple plant functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and priorities for the business unit across applicable shifts.
• Develop and maintain teamwork plans and budgets.
• Manage direct and indirect labor efficiently.
• Develop team leaders, service leaders, and coaching staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and KPI achievement across operations.
• Lead daily management systems and standard documentation.
• Communicate results and needs to senior management.
• Foster positive employee relations and effective leadership.
