Job summary

• 1+ years supervisory experience or 2+ years operations experience in manufacturing, or a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Set clear direction and priorities for the business unit across all shifts.
• Develop and manage the teamwork plan and budget.
• Lead labor management and supervise both direct and indirect staff.
• Provide coaching and development for Team Leaders and Service Leaders.
