Campbell's in Franklin, WI is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a 300-person plant team. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive safety, quality and cost efficiency, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results.

Responsibilities include setting production standards, managing budgets, developing talent, and guiding continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on lean, safety, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership in a manufacturing environment (Small Plant) / 5+ years (Medium Plant).
• Bachelor's Degree in business or technical field preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop talent and engage teams.
• Experience with lean and Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations for assigned functional area through direct reports.
• Set production standards, manage budget and costs, ensure food safety and quality.
• Develop direct reports through coaching and assignments to build engagement.
• Oversee plant budget including staffing, maintenance and capital expenditures.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation to meet organizational goals.
• Guide manufacturing process planning and resource needs.
• Coordinate manufacturing with other functions and suppliers.
• Identify waste reduction and cost savings opportunities.
• Resolve operational, manufacturing and maintenance issues to minimize costs.
• Communicate objectives, priorities and results to management and staff.
• Contribute to product strategy and R&D for new products.
• Ensure all employees understand roles and responsibilities.
