Job summary

Campbell's is seeking an Associate Manager, Plant Operational Excellence to lead and implement OPEX strategies across the site, coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Human Resources and Logistics to elevate performance, sustain gains, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have/background in Operational Excellence, Lean and Six Sigma fundamentals.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is required.
• People management experience is required (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Lead OpEx teams and Kaizen events to drive improvements and reduce losses.
• Diagnose Operating System, Management Infrastructure and Mindset, Behaviors & Capabilities with data, observations and interviews.
• Develop tactical implementation plans (TIPs) to drive improvements across workstreams and ensure sustainability.
• Build OPEX capability in site leadership and frontline teams; train and mentor the organization.
• Track improvements and enablers, ensure countermeasures are implemented long-term.
• Influence stakeholders across functions to drive change and improvements.
• Manage and oversee multiple OpEx-related programs and initiatives.
