The Production Supervisor at Bull Moose Tube Company leads plant operations, ensuring safety, quality and productivity across slitter, shipping, receiving, galvanizing, and finishing steps. You will supervise shift workers, manage tooling, coordinate maintenance, and enforce ISO and ASTM standards.

Mansioni

• Supervise all secondary floor activities such as slitter, shipping, receiving, galvanizing stenciling.
• Maintain reporting procedures and shift production summaries; reconcile coils consumed and bundles produced.
• Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs and coordinating maintenance corrections.
• Oversee mill tooling status, rolls and dies; read and interpret customer and ASTM specs; support rolling schedules.
• Administer and enforce Collective Bargaining Agreement, safety and conduct rules; discipline infractions.
• Ensure adherence to company standards for goals, speeds, changeover times, uptime, yields and mill specs.
• Organize and conduct monthly safety meetings; enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Supervise shift employees, communicate expectations, plan, monitor and appraise performance; coach and discipline.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train new employees; maintain timekeeping and payroll.
• Quality assurance of product per ASTM and BMT; adherence to ISO program.
• Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager or leadership.
