Job summary

Bull Moose Tube seeks a seasoned supervisor to oversee secondary floor operations, including slitter, shipping, receiving, and galvanizing. You will manage production summaries, reconcile materials, and coordinate maintenance to keep lines running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in manufacturing supervisory roles, strong mechanical skills, and solid communication abilities. The position requires adherence to safety, quality, and ISO standards within a union environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing operations supervisory experience.
• Understanding of business planning, quality, and safety.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Computer literacy and basic software skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all secondary floor activities (slitter, shipping, receiving, galvanizing).
• Maintain shift production summaries and reconcile coils consumed and bundles produced.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance to prevent malfunctions.
• Oversee tooling status, rolls and dies; read and interpret specs; manage rolling schedule.
