Responsibilities

• Direct OPTechs and coordinate with plant leadership for daily operations.
• Operate control panels to regulate load and maintain steam conditions and fuel supply.
• Lead emergency operations and ensure safe, compliant plant shutdowns/starts.
• Provide clear communication of plant status and risks during morning meetings.
