Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years supervisory/management experience; 10 years preferred.
• Experience in plant operations, safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for Plant/Multi-Plants/Mine sites within the fleet.
• Ensures generation and/or mining requirements/goals are met reliably.
• Develops and manages Capital and O&M budgets to meet financial objectives.
• Represents the company with local governments, communities and partners.
