Job summary

Vistra Corporate Services Company seeks an ROI Implementation Manager to lead plant operations across multiple sites, overseeing safety, regulatory compliance, and engineering support. The role directs long and short-range planning, capital and O&M budgeting, and project/contractor management within the fleet.

You will manage staffing, employee development, and labor relations while coordinating with internal and external partners to meet company objectives and community relations goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to develop Capital and O&M budgets.
• Experience with project and contractor management.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for Plant/Multi-Plants/Mine sites within the fleet.
• Ensure meeting generation/mining requirements and goals.
• Develop/manage budgets to meet financial objectives.
• Lead labor agreements and contract negotiations.
• Represent Vistra in government, communities and media relationships.
• Direct safety, environmental and regulatory compliance programs.
