Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years supervisory/management experience, or 10 years preferred.
• Experience with plant operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for a plant or multi-plant/mine sites within the fleet.
• Ensure generation/mining goals are met reliably and safely.
• Develop and manage Capital and O&M budgets to objective targets.
• Lead labor relations including grievance processes and contract negotiations.
