Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications.
• 7 years supervisory/management experience, or at least 10 years related supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall Responsibility for Maintenance Department of Hays Power Plant.
• Leadership and execution of maintenance processes including planning and scheduling, outage execution, and maintenance oversight.
• Participation in fleet programs such as Centers of Excellence.
