Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Engineering and leadership experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment with performance management feedback.
• Proven ability to implement continuous improvement activities.

• Meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals across the plant.
• Lead Lean/Kaizen events to drive improvements in key metrics.
• Provide development plans and feedback to team members.
