Job summary

Eaton’s Early Career Leadership Development Program – Plant Operations Management is a three‑year immersive program designed to develop frontline leaders in manufacturing and operations. You’ll handle plant-level projects, rotate through roles in Manufacturing Engineering and Continuous Improvement, and pursue belt certifications while building cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering from an accredited institution, with a graduation date before August 2027.
Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8.
Minimum of one internship/co-op experience or 3 months of manufacturing experience.
Eaton will not sponsor immigration for CPT/OPT/STEM OPT etc.
Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States.

Responsibilities

Lead plant-level projects focused on process optimization and cost reduction.
Apply data-driven analysis to improve quality, lead times and productivity.
Support hourly manufacturing teams and lead cross-functional initiatives (NPI, manufacturing readiness, CI).
Develop leadership skills and participate in the leadership development curriculum.
Complete two rotations and advance to potential manufacturing/operations leadership roles.
