Eaton’s Early Career Leadership Development Program - Plant Operations Management is a three-year immersive program with two rotations. You’ll lead plant-level projects focused on process optimization, quality improvement, and cost savings while developing frontline leadership skills.

The role emphasizes lean manufacturing, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration with exposure to manufacturing readiness and new product introduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering from an accredited institution, graduation date before August 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 2.8.
• Minimum internship/co-op or 3 months of manufacturing experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.
• Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level projects focused on process optimization, quality improvement, lead-time reduction, and cost savings.
• Apply data analysis, root cause analysis and structured problem solving to drive operational decisions.
• Develop frontline leadership skills by guiding hourly manufacturing teams and fostering collaboration.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives like new product introduction and manufacturing readiness.
