NRG is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of plant operations and maintenance in Ohio, with P&L responsibility and a focus on safety, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with extensive leadership experience and a strong emphasis on safety and environmental stewardship. You will manage costs, vendor relationships, and community engagement while aligning with NRG’s strategic objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline with 10 years of equivalent experience, or 14 years in a related field.
• Proven record of leading/supervising employees in a related field.
• Knowledge of Human Resources, Labor and Employee Relations.
• Committed to safety and environmental compliance.

• Support safety and environmental programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead productivity and teamwork with clear communication and decisive leadership.
• Develop technical leadership and business skills among staff.
