You will shape safety culture, drive continuous improvement, and mentor a team across production, engineering and maintenance. The role requires vision and energy to attract and retain talent, manage day-to-day planning, control costs, and execute the central plan.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ plant management experience in a CPG manufacturing environment.
• Leadership with vision, energy and passion for Supply Chain operations.
• Experience ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead zero-injury workplace by ensuring safe work conditions and compliance with regs.
• Oversee operations to achieve KPIs for safety, quality, service and cost.
• Develop and execute programs to increase productivity through continuous improvement.
• Manage Plant financial P&L and overall operations including production, engineering, distribution.
• Analyze variances and implement cost-reduction strategies.
• Prepare schedules and ensure production meets specs.
• Control material, labor, and equipment costs and eliminate waste.
