Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years' plant management experience in a CPG manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing policies and complying with legal requirements.
• Lead the achievement of a zero-injury workplace and ensure safe conditions and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee operations and KPIs related to personnel safety, quality and food safety, while improving reliability and performance.
• Develop and execute programs to increase productivity through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage Plant P&L, directing production, engineering, distribution and related activities.
• Analyze variances in materials and labor; implement strategies to reduce them.
• Prepare operational schedules to ensure product meeting specifications and quality.
• Control costs and eliminate waste per budget; manage scheduling and on-site engineering support.
