Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Plant Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, safety, quality and customer service, while driving efficiency and cost control across all departments.

You will oversee production planning, staff development, and strategic initiatives, partnering with sales and service teams to meet customer requirements and deliver continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related plant management experience required.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in an operations supervisory or management role in manufacturing.
• Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and enforce all safety policies and practices.
• Oversee production and quality to meet customer requirements within budget.
• Develop and execute plant strategies and continuous improvement plans.
• Direct staff development, training and performance management.
• Coordinate with Sales/Customer Service to optimize plant utilization and client satisfaction.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
