Job summary

ProAmpac seeks a seasoned plant leader to drive operations across manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and EHS functions at a Massachusetts facility. You will coach managers, ensure safety compliance, optimize productivity, and deliver customer-focused outcomes while managing budgets and capital projects.

Requires 8+ years of leadership in manufacturing, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong experience with extrusion/packaging operations, Lean methods, and ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent manufacturing or maintenance leadership experience will be considered.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement expertise.
• Strong financial and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop plant leadership team, supervisors, and employees.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Direct all manufacturing activities to achieve production, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Monitor and improve overall equipment effectiveness, productivity, and throughput.
• Lead daily plant performance reviews and production meetings.
• Manage plant operating budgets and financial performance.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce defects, waste, and customer complaints.
