ProAmpac in Neenah, WI is seeking a strategic Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department and drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced packaging environment.

The role demands 10+ years in industrial maintenance, 3+ years in maintenance leadership, and hands-on experience with packaging equipment. A bachelor’s degree and strong CAD/blueprint literacy are required. Join a safety-first team with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, administration or facility management or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience working on packaging equipment is a MUST.
• 3+ years of progressive maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics.
• Solid working knowledge of electrical and mechanical processes related to manufacturing.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Safety First Leading: Ensures crews follow safety policies and procedures.
• ISO Compliance: Adherence to ISO and GMP food safety practices.
• Lead and Build: Schedule, train, supervise and motivate maintenance staff to minimize backlog.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose process and quality issues related to equipment and coordinate with production teams.
• Root Cause Analysis: Implement root-cause solutions and communicate changes.
• Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program.
• Work order / Repair Management: Prioritize maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Inventory Oversight: Manage parts inventory and identify critical spares.
• Continuous Improvement Implementations: Pursue measures to reduce downtime and waste; collaborate with CI.
• TPM: Develop/implement TPM system.
• Budgets: Manage maintenance spending and lead cost savings projects.
• All other duties as assigned.
