Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Plant Operations Manager to direct daily operations for production and maintenance at the Allentown facility. You will ensure safe, efficient performance of blow mold and packaging lines while meeting GMP and quality requirements.

Lead shift teams, manage preventive maintenance, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with plant leadership to deliver on-time, defect-free product. English and French bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Engineering or Maintenance management.
• 5–7 years of production management experience in manufacturing.
• Bilingual in English and French preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic IT.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong process-improvement mindset and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily production and maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety, GMP compliance, and quality standards across lines.
• Lead shift leaders and maintenance staff to meet schedules.
• Plan preventive maintenance and monitor equipment performance.
• Collaborate with customers and plant leadership to meet delivery goals.
