Job summary

Altium Packaging in Allentown, PA is seeking a Plant Manager to direct daily operations of production and maintenance, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead maintenance and production teams, oversee preventive maintenance, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with customers and management, and support new product launches while maintaining quality and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering or maintenance management in manufacturing.
• 5–7 years in production management.
• Experience with an integrated management system (ERP).
• Bilingual in French and English preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production and maintenance activities.
• Lead safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Schedule preventive maintenance for blow mold and packaging equipment.
• Oversee inventory accuracy for finished goods and raw materials.
• Hire and develop plant personnel; supervise shift leaders.
• Drive process improvements and support new product launches.
• Audit GMP compliance and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor plant performance and report to management.
