Job summary

Altium Packaging in Londonderry, NH is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead mechanical and electrical teams, driving safe, reliable maintenance for blow-mold equipment and production lines. You will manage preventive programs, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide training to elevate plant performance.

The role requires a proven track record in plant-wide maintenance leadership, with a engineering degree preferred and experience in injection molding or related processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a plant-wide Maintenance Manager.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering preferred.
• Injection molding or foaming experience preferred; PLC experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mechanical & electrical team to execute safe, effective maintenance.
• Oversee a preventive and routine maintenance program to minimize downtime.
• Direct repairs or rebuilds of equipment to prevent breakdowns with safe, accurate documentation.
• Oversee training and professional development of the maintenance staff.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and devise corrective actions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Set maintenance goals aligned with plant and business objectives.
• Improve equipment availability and drive preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Optimize scheduling and use of maintenance technicians and equipment.
• Drive improvements via training, capital projects and productivity initiatives.
• Monitor and document performance and training needs.
