Job summary

Altium Packaging in York, Pennsylvania is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the daily manufacturing operations, develop and deploy strategies that achieve safety, financial, production and employment goals, and provide leadership to multiple plant leaders.

You will champion a safety culture, drive Lean continuous improvement, manage production schedules, inventory accuracy and maintenance, coach staff, ensure GMP compliance and support new product launches while maintaining strong engagement with

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years manufacturing experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with P&L management and financial accountability.
• Proven experience driving Lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analytics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across levels.
• Ability to operate effectively in a multi-shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Create value through timely production schedules to meet company and customer requirements.
• Provide coaching and direction to hourly personnel to ensure timely operations.

• Support successful new product launches with clear specs and process capability.
