Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years manufacturing leadership experience.
• P&L management experience.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and metrics.
• Strong communication and multi-shift capability.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety culture and safe work environment.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean practices and efficient operations.
• Create value by meeting production schedules and customer requirements.
• Provide coaching and direction to ensure timely plant operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods and raw materials.
• Lead integrity and compliance with GMP standards and quality requirements.
• Support successful new product launches with clear specs and processes.
• Auditing facility for GMP compliance and quality systems.
• Oversee maintenance and timely repair of equipment and machinery.
• Develop staff through onboarding and ongoing training.
