Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing with 4+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, cost controls, and labor relations.
• Ability to communicate and lead across levels; proficient with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Directs manufacturing and assembly to meet cost, quality and delivery targets.
• Manage schedules to align with sales requirements and capacity.
• Implement cost, scrap and rework reduction programs to improve EBIT.
• Oversee quality, inventory, shipping, and facilities management.
• Guide policy execution and supervise plant personnel applications.
• Coordinate capital equipment purchases and maintenance planning.
• Uphold safety, environmental compliance, and union relations where applicable.
