Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking an Associate Manager, Plant Operational Excellence to lead cross-functional OPEX teams and implement world-class operating systems across a plant. You will drive Kaizen events, conduct diagnostics, and coach teams to achieve performance improvements in safety, quality, and cost metrics.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years’ experience with Operational Excellence, Lean, and Six Sigma fundamentals.
• 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1 year of people management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with strong OPEX experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead OPEX teams to drive improvements across the Balance Scorecard.
• Diagnose Operating System, Management Infrastructure, Mindset & Capabilities, and Industry 4.0 for identified systems/lines.
• Develop tactical implementation plans and ensure adherence for program sustainability.
• Build OPEX capability through training sessions for site leadership and frontline teams.
• Track and enclose enabler savings, and drive cost management initiatives.
