• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, operations, manufacturing, or business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in plant/ manufacturing management.
• Proven track record in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and financial performance.
• Experience managing operating budgets, capital projects, and labor costs.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and operational excellence methodologies.
