Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations through direct reports across assigned area.
• Set production standards, budgets, cost controls, and quality programs.
• Develop direct reports through coaching and assignments to improve engagement.
• Oversee plant budget, staffing, maintenance and capital expenditures.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities with other functions and suppliers.
• Identify waste reduction and cost savings opportunities.
• Provide guidance for manufacturing process plans and resource needs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
