Job summary

Perdue Farms, Inc. seeks a Plant Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across production, maintenance, quality assurance, supply chain, and engineering at the Lewiston Woodville facility. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and associate development.

You will lead cross-functional teams, champion lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and partner with corporate leadership to achieve plant objectives and build a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a manufacturing environment, with 4–6 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and large-scale operations experience.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP systems.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of plant operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead safety, environmental, and food safety compliance.
• Develop leaders, succession planning, and mentor supervisors.
• Drive continuous improvement, waste reduction, and cost control.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering for reliability.
• Report KPIs and serve as liaison between plant and corporate leadership.
